Survey Creation Tool	Use to create or update surveys in production environment	Microsoft	Go to https://surveyadmintool.microsoft.com/. You will be redirected to the access request page, where you can request access in the tool. Then, use the following template to create a Request work item in the OneMW ADO project: https://aka.ms/SurveyProdUserAccess Both of these steps are required because the in-tool access request system does not alert approvers to pending access requests. Approvers will be monitoring their ADO work item queue as their access request intake.
